What Is The Toolkit?
The Therapeutic Coaching model is built around the practitioner being in possession of a toolkit of techniques and processes: selectively integrating EFT [Emotional Freedom Technique], Hypnotherapy, Life Coaching, Mindfulness and NLP [Neuro Linguistic Programming].
In simple terms, this means no client is constrained by the limitations of any one process.
For example, if you worked with a hypnotherapist, they would hypnotise you – that’s what they do; you have to fit their model. However, with the Therapeutic Coaching model, we are in possession of The Toolkit, which means I get to know you as an individual, and I can pick a process to fit you, rather than the other way round; it also grants us the flexibility to adapt methodology to each client’s needs as we go along, too.
As a result, this adaptable, solution-focused approach has the potential to create enduring positive change.
The Therapeutic Coaching model is recognised and accredited by the International Coaching Federation, Complementary Natural Healthcare Council, British Institute of Hypnotherapy and EFT International.
Can You Tell Me A Little More About The Processes In The Toolkit?
EFT [Emotional Freedom Technique]
EFT is a powerful tool combining ancient acupressure meridians with modern western psychology. It can have truly remarkable results on many physical, emotional and mental issues, as well as simply calming the central nervous system and creating balance. This form of light trance is an enirely natural state that we all access on a daily basis when daydreaming, reading a book, or a driving to a familiar destination while barely recalling the journey. This permissive form of hypnotherapy, where the client always remains in control, simply grants access to the vast resource that is our unconscious.
Life coaching is an extremely empowering tool, partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. Developed through a greater awareness of personal values we can evolve strategies to work out where you are and where you want to go.
